Key Stage 2 Teacher – Full-Time, Long-Term Position

Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (depending on experience)

We are partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Radlett, recognised for its supportive ethos, strong academic achievements, and dedication to nurturing every child. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. This role is open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to make a positive difference.
Role Overview
As a KS2 Teacher, you will contribute to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where pupils can flourish both academically and personally.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
Differentiate teaching to cater to diverse abilities and learning styles
Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
Encourage high standards of behaviour and achievement
Work collaboratively with colleagues on planning and assessment
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Participate in wider school life and enrichment activities
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements welcome)
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methods
Confident classroom management skills and a reflective approach to teaching
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
