Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education? A supportive school in Aylesbury is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide classroom and one-to-one support for pupils across a range of ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help
Assist in planning and preparing learning materials and classroom resources
Help pupils stay focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning
Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and encourage positive behaviour
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to meet individual learning needs
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
A recent graduate from any discipline (e.g., education, psychology, English, science, etc.)
Passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning
Experience working or volunteering with children (in any setting) is beneficial but not essential
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
Competitive daily rate of £90–£120
